In this troubleshooting tutorial video, I'll show how to fix freezing in Assassin's Creed. The constant freezing, or frequent freezing and unfreezing, in Assassin's Creed 1 (2007 and director's cut versions). This annoying constant freezing generally takes place every few seconds. Some users report that the freezing occurrs every 30 seconds or so, others have reported shorter or longer times, but usually under one minute. This can be a frustrating experience because it prevents the player from effectivelly immersing in the Assassin's Creed video game experience. The freeze happens constantly throughout the whole gameplay of the player, no matter where in the game they are. Users affected by this problem have the game be plagued by a constant freeze, that happens between 10 and 20 seconds.

This problem is caused by the fact that the game is constantly trying to connect to the Internet. Thus, the fix is to simply disable the connection to the Internet. This can be done by simply disabling the Wi Fi access of the computer.

1. Before playing Assassin's Creed, turn off the Internet
2. You can achieve this either by turning off the Wi-Fi network in the computer, or by disconnecting the Internet cable to the computer

If you are playing through a platform and want to save your game to the could, you can turn the Internet on again just before closing the game. This way your save game will also be saved to the cloud.

Like and subscribe to support my work.

Is there any game, problem or software you'd like me to fix?
